To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package, please ensure that your address is correctly entered - including all required information including the correct abbreviations for street number, name, and building or apartment number. This is critical to ensure accuracy in your delivery.
All Things Mommy Boutique will not be held responsible for any failed delivery attempts made by the shipping carrier chosen during the checkout process. We will not be held liable for delivered, misplaced, or lost packages by the carrier.
Changing Your Shipping Address: Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed. We will not be held responsible for packages that were marked delivered by the carrier or undelivered packages due to misinformation about shipping addresses submitted by the customer during the checkout process.
Updating Your Order: Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
Tracking Your Order: Each order will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as the label is printed. Please check your email to get updates about your order.
Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable Items: Please ensure the correct delivery address has been entered on your order through your confirmation email. All Things Mommy Boutique will not be held responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. If your order is lost during transit, stolen after delivery, sent to the wrong address, or returned due to delivery issues you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate the matter.
2. Shipping Time frame: We process and ship orders within 7-14 business days after receiving payment. If by the 20th business day, you have not received your package, please contact us at email@example.com stating your concern.
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Please note that some products may have free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be shown at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery Time frame: Delivery time frames may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or customs delays.
5. Shipping Methods: We currently only offer standard shipping, unless stated otherwise.
6. International Shipping: If you are ordering from outside the United States, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. As we do not currently offer international shipping, please check back to ensure when it's back open.
